George & Christina Zografakis
George has been commuting up here on the weekends for over 30 years. He has a house in Delhi, NY and a farm in East Meredith, NY. On his farm he raises belted galloway cows, as well as black hogs. He currently is an owner of ITC International, a company near JFK airport.
After discovering Oakleys, George knew this was the place for him. He soon added it to his bucket list. George had always wanted to own a bar/restaurant. He has a passion for food and loves to communicate with people on a one on one basis.

Chris started in the Bridal Industry and worked there for 14 years. She then left to start her family, where she stayed home with her children for 18 years. Later she decided she wanted to go back to work, and has been a preschool teacher for 10 years. She is very excited to now begin this new chapter of her career!

We look forward to being a part of this growing community and continuing to carry Oakley’s tradition. Adding new and different things to it. Providing people with a comfortable atmosphere, and great food.
